I guess MTL should have produced these with out the reflective stripes.   After all it is much easier to add those using decals than remove the factory printed ones.

I'd agree wholeheartedly if there were better decal options available.   Microscale stripes are too yellow and none of the rest are diecut.

I'm not pressed.
They're not for me but I bet a bunch of people will enjoy them.

I'm sure the Talent gang will come up with a way to part me with my hardly earned money soon enough.

The MTL 100 ton three bay hopper is spot on for Conrail's ex PRR SRS built H43, H43A & H43B and BSC built H43C hoppers.  I have decided to roll my own.  I have bought 18 examples of MTL 108030 (Conrail two pack released in 2000), as I am going for 36 oxide cars total.  So far, I have 26 completed and 10 more to go.  I stripped the MTL paint, painted them my custom blended SCII Conrail Oxide Red mixture and added Circus City created and printed decals.  Here are a few examples of some of the finished cars.  Thanks.
