N Scale Supply scores high for me because of the pre-owned page, in my opinion. I think that’s unique among all other major retailers.

Model Train Market and Trainz both have a rather large used section.
Used to like WigWag Trains but their website went from okay to worse and worse and worse...now it is partially down while they 'fix' it. Too bad, really.

I've been really pleased with Midwest Model RR.
Also pleased with Spring Creek Model RR, even though they are predominately HO.
