I don't have the capacity (mental or financial  :D) to embrace 3D printing, but this looks useful.

What say you?

It's the latest entry in (so far) a disappointing race for an affordable hobbyist scanner. None have been suitable for the kind of detail we need and/or required extensive post scan work to make anything remotely acceptable. It would be nice if this one delivers everything promised,  but too early to tell.
