JTT.   (Jacksonville Terminal is not getting into scenery as it turns out.  And no, I haven't used it.)

I haven't used it either.

When I saw JTC, my first thought was also Jacksonville Terminal.  It seemed a little odd, but maybe they'd found a better way to model seaport water?
