That's exactly the reason.  RR doesn't have to spend time patching/relettering over the graffiti.  Though I've seen some smart asses just move their art up too

And of course many taggers use the entire side of a car as their canvas.  But as mentioned earlier, many smarter ones do not cover the reporting marks.

I'm actually cool with this. I really want more of the red TTX logo cars, but I'd still like a few of the older black logo ones, just not a whole 3-car set.

I am cool with it also, I throw the runners boxes into the recycle bin anyway.
I would also like some of the red TBOX like Athean and Walther have done.
