so there are 2 paired window bodies???  Because some roads have 2 axle trucks....

No, at least in terms of what has been released to date, there is only one paired window coach body from MTL.  Of course, there are also the Rivarossi and Bachmann paired window, plus the Lima and Broadway Ltd P70s.

I may have confused things inadvertently.... the coach I show upside down  in the post 3 above this one is a MTL single window coach- I just grabbed a coach body off my workbench, but both single and paired window are made the same way, just the bolster position is a bit different. (and, of course, the window pattern).

Have there been any MTL coaches with 2-axle trucks, or they all came with 3-axke trucks?

On the recent single window coach, MTL revised the position of the bolster, and revised the offset on the 6 wheel trucks, so that they could offer both 4 wheel and 6 wheel versions of the single window version.  The single window coach is based on a NYC "standard" prototype- very similar cars were made by several manufacturers during the 1920s, most with 4 wheel but some with 6 wheel.  Several other roads had very similar (slightly different rivet detail and whatnot, but close to identical).  L&N, for instance- which used 6 wheel trucks under theirs.

From my point of view, I think this is a great example of MTL listening to their customers.

Thanks Thomas!  I am so bad today!
My question was supposed to be: Have there been any paired-windows MTL coaches with 2-axle trucks, or they all came with 3-axle trucks
