I have an N-scale SD40-2 high hood. The long hood is forward, however the short hood has the ditch lights. When I run it long hood forward the head light comes on and when I blow the whistle the ditch lights alternate. When I run it in Reverse the head light comes on and when I blow the whistle the ditch lights do not alternate. Can I change a CV? Did they solder to the wrong pads? I did change CV 128 to 1 and the headlight goes off and the ditch lights do not stop alternating.
