N scale kit GP38-2W

Hi Folks

Briggs Models has secured new suppliers and we are back up and running. Briggs Models will be producing an N scale kit of the GP38-2W. This kit will include body, pilots, etched handrails and detail parts. The model will fit the Atlas GP40-2, GP40, GP38 chassis as well as the new Life-Like GP38-2. The price will be $120 CAD. As a little bonus, if you purchase 2 kits you will receive a 5% discount on both. If you purchase 3 kits you will receive a 10% discount. If you want more than 10 kits we can do something special for you so please contact me.

We will only be making 50 of these kits so if you are interested it is first come first serve so you will need to email me to get your name on the list .  No cash up front from anyone. Once the models have been completed and ready for purchase, I will contact you and they will be put it up for sale on the Briggs Models website. You will be able to order directly from the site by using PayPal, credit card, or by mail if desired.  http://www.briggsmodels.ca/

Good that they're back up, that AS-16 announcement looks interesting though.

I wish they would do a CF7, U18B kits or hood shells for an SD38 (to go on a Kato SD40) or U23C, U33C and U36C (to go on the Kato U30C).

I'll be looking forward to getting my MLW M636 and ALCo RS36 shells!  Glad Jeff was able to work out new suppliers.
