Fix a photo?

I'm back at it again. I'd like the make a railbus in HOn30 and of course the one I pick I can't find drawings for. Well I have drawings, but they look like this:

The image was crunched to make it fit the page for some reason.

This has some info on the right:

Can anyone stretch this out till it is back to scale?

Nice job, Gary.  But, I have to admit that I like the oval wheels on the original drawing better.  Imagine that ride!   :D

Here's one with the overall length.

And a bit of a cross section.

Jason,
The one you posted is a Mack AB, but it must be a different year of something. There are 2 drawings of that one in the Gazette. It would look like this:

Okay, I can see the difference in the front window for sure.

Is that a ghost lady in the front seat in your picture?  :o

Neat project... do you have a pony truck wheelset in mind already?  Finding 20" spoked N scale wheels might be an issue.

If you find, please let us know... I'd be up to buy a supply of a dozen or two as well.

For one of my projects, I'm going with a 33" z scale metal wheel ... 24" in N & not spoked.  Not a big issue for my carts.  More for you given viability.  You could dress up their front with a PE to fake spokes.

Other than that, the best I could find when I last looked was the 2mm guys have some 8 spoked 6mm, but they are far too big for a 20" proto, but might work for the back wheels (~38" not 30).

Or we could beg @mmagliaro to try to make some  at < half the size of his last batch here https://www.therailwire.net/forum/?topic=34113.0

Oh... HOn30....

 actually, that 2mm group's 6mm spoke wheel is nearly perfect for you (6mm = 20.55" at 1:87)

well... if anyone finds 20" spoked wheels in N scale, I'm still a buyer!

I took drawings for the other Mack AB I have and spliced in their front truck and door. Plan to use a Bachmann 44T chassis with one truck removed:

Front wheel drive.  I like it, even if you need to make that hood a bit wider & longer to stuff.

Good luck!

Ah look above the front wheel where the frame screw goes. I will remove that and put the screw in the lower spot where I drilled the hole behind the steps. Whole thing should fit under the scale hood.

lol while searching Google for HOn30 railbuses I found this...  And here I was wondering how to power it. Seems I've already figured it out

Almost any image processing program can stretch/shrink photos in one direction, including MS Paint.  For more complicated stuff, like skewing or "keystoning", it gets more expensive.
