Saw that earlier. The only idea I could brainstorm for the tail would be some kind of pully system with super fine wire threaded through the boom and wrapped around a loose rotor mount. But damn that'd be fiddly and unreliable as hell.

How about a tiny tube hooked to an aquarium air pump blowing air on the bottom of the rear rotator causing it to spin.

So looking at the OP responses on the original thread, the main rotor spins because he is blowing on it.
