Loctite Spray Adhesive

Has anyone used Loctite Spray as an adhesive for static grass either as a base or add-on??

Not that product, but, attended a clinic the other year run the Scenic Express man and he had us use a adhesive he extolled called Pro-Stick 65.

Interesting. I'm slightly surprised that a petroleum-based spray adhesive (including the Loctite spray) would work as it will lay-down flatter than water-based media such as diluted PVA or artist's acrylic medium. There's not enough surface area at the tip of the fiber to adhere, there has to be some thickness to the adhesive to stick to the sides of the fiber. Maybe the Scenic Express guy was laying it on thick; my concern there is petro-based glues tend to stay tacky, never truly "drying".

My preference is undiluted matte medium brushed on, for the above reasons.

Not to mention that most of the petroleum-based sprays smell bad, and aren't healthy to breathe.
