Replacing Scaletrains SD40-2 trucks?

So the Scaletrains Operator SD40-2’s exist.  And the numbers they chose for Conrail are good.  But they’re riding on HT-C trucks.  What would be the feasibility and what would be the technical challenges of switching out the Scaletrains HT-C truck for a Flexicoil?  (this is independent of the cosmetic changes one could make to the sideframes that would mostly be visually “good enough, I guess”)

The Rivet counter exist too so.. apart from purchasing the the rivet counter.... I think they share the same mechanism (so I assume truck?).

So it could be as easy as a frame swap, or truck swap.
