Yesterday, the inevitable happened, and my Little Joe test mule hit the deck. As far as drops go, it could have been worse - it was about 3 feet on to carpet, but it did go nose first so damage was done. The pilot truck exploded and some railing broke off. Mind you, these trucks are printed in one piece via Shapeways FUD so all the joints and connectors aren't meant to be serviced. I figured if a breakage occurred, I'd have some repair parts available to make it happen. Well here was my first opportunity to try it out!

Just an amazing time to be alive - our broken choo-choo's would be relegated to a parts bin prior to this tech (unless you had crazy modelling skills, which I don't- hah!)
