Article on adding sound to Intermountain F-Units?

Does anyone remember the magazine article or have a link to the instructions on how to add sound to IM F-Units? Seeing that the IM sound equipped F-Units probably just either got cancelled or significantly delayed due to the Chinese Factory closure I may have to take this on myself. If anyone knows the magazine issue this was in or has a link to the instructions I'd appreciate it.
