Same here! I have an SW9 on my bench in pieces, so this solves my problem, with a spare

Incidentally, the text says "SW8", but the photo is an SW9. No matter, but do I wonder what we're going to get. What's an exhaust stack between friends? :D

I'm swapping out the plastic worms that came with loco, for Kato ones, as recommended by Spookshow. Kato  926510's. They are not snug on the motor shaft. Wonder if Kato changed the product, or is there a better fitting Kato part? A little dab of CA should do it though.

I used Goo instead of CA. Loco runs very well!

Model Power analog 2-6-0's for under $80. Seems like Pete is cleaning house before the sun sets on BLW. :(  Could be very good for some of us.

Now BLI E's and PAs selling with free shipping. UP excursion sets, but not with free shipping.  Every day brings something new on close-outs here, so check daily. Pete's finding old stuff stashed away now that he clearing out the store.
