I would guess the Trailers are by Ultimate-N-Scale that were produced by Chuck Shorts many years ago. 
Nearly all of his models, in my estimation were 1:150 at minimum but back in that era, you did not have much if any choice for truck and trailer modeling.

Replacing the trailer wheels with either Trainworx Dayton spoke or 5-hole Budd wheels would most likely result in perfect looking trailers.   :D

Excellent job painting those COEs. Just wondering, though... they make the tires on the trailers look oversize...

Good point.  I will see what other options there are for trailer wheels.  I believe those trailers may be Ultimate N.  I also have truck wheels from Cars N Scale - I will see if those are closer to the cab wheels.  Does Trainworx sell their wheels separately?

Yes, if you can find them..  TWX sells lots of individual truck parts, but many ore out of stock and the new run has not materialized yet.
