Try taking the caboose pictures again but adjust your exposure for -0.3 or -0.7 of a (f/)stop.
Or give it a light coat of primer.
I have a request to see if it is feasible. I need a certain detail part, specifically a Prime Gyra beacon in yellow/amber to mount on the roof of an N scale locomotive. I model Santa Fe circa 1985-88 and every locomotive I own will need them.Also maybe some Topeka Cabs to make some GP7u's & GP9u's. Just a thought.
Interesting. While the caboose is slightly larger in the photos, the shell is so overexposed that all I see is a white blob with no surface detail at all. Maybe it is my monitor . . .
