Where to get small wire?

I ended up with two MP Moguls this week... A sound equipped new run and a basket case original run. The wires to the motor are broken and I need to solder new ones in. I thought these were 30awg, but after receiving some from eBay, the ones in the model are much smaller. Maybe 34-36awg?

Advice know where to get stranded 34 or 36awg in colors?

Any time I do a 'hardwire' install, I save the wire tails.  Usually get 1.5-2 inches worth of each color from an N Scale install.

Otherwise, TCS sells wire separately. https://www.tcsdcc.com/Customer_Content/Products/Supplies/Wire/Wire.htm

If you have an old video monitor cable, you can strip that for wire, as long as you're not fussy about colors...  16 pins, 16 wires, lots of colors to pick from.  Maybe not as skinny as TCS, but they always worked for me.  And the price was right...

I was a sucker and actually just bought some myself.

However, there's also this. It's not 34, but it's 30:

I stumbled upon another source.
http://www.micronmeters.com/p-195-insulated-wire-36-awg.aspx

36 ga
(7 strands of #44)
Available in 6 colors

Only 31 cents per foot!  You do have to buy a minimum of 50 feet, but heck, that's only about 15 bucks.
