I saw this on the The Freight Car Enthusiast group on Facebook and thought is was worth a share.
Here's the link to the pics:

Just uploaded 8 photos to a new album dedicated to TTBX 912651 wearing a Conrail Portec rack (CR 2238). They're not amazing photos, but best I could do yesterday evening with a cell phone. The car was donated to the Army for training use at the Ft. Eustis depot along with 2 other TTX cars. The "B" end drawhead is gone, along with some bad rust issues on the flat. It's not long for this world as the guy in charge of rail ops wants to scrap the car.
It's still pretty neat. If any one needs measurements or other photos, I can probably get them with enough advance notice. The flatcar has JTTX marks, but I'm guessing that from it's pre-rack days. It also is labled as a class F89GHM. I've seen F89GH, but not M. Maybe for "modified"? Enjoy!
Again, not my pics. I just thought some of the Conrail fans (including Spock) might be interested in this person's public Facebook post.
