70T cement hopper converted to 100T prototype & model

Southern RR's customers ask for 100Ts of cement rather than the usual 70Ts. So the rr started converting the 70T to 100T cars. They did this by adding to the top, 100T trucks with brakes, and bracing. Each car was different as they were prototype kit bashes. That's neat.  I've wanted to model one of these in N one day.  Where did the etched end ladders come from?

Buyer beware, the GMM ladder stoock looks more like something you'd see leading up to a tree fort than on a railcar. Better off making your own with styrene and piano wire.

Actually that's easily done with some BLMA drop grabs and styrene strip.
