Yeah - me.   :D  I built that chest of drawers myself using full-extension drawer slides. That way I was able to make the drawers accommodate various types of bottles and cans.  The bottom cabinet holds larger items (like cans of lacquer thinner).
Nicely done (and I spent much of my career as a cabinet and furniture maker, in this case, I actually know what I am talking about). Good drawer slides make a huge difference, both convenience and durability (literally whether it lasts 5 years or 50).  It is surprising how much those little bottles weigh once you have 60 or 100 of them in a drawer. Building it yourself is really best way to do it- or design it and have it custom made by a cabinet shop.

You can get close by going to the closet/utility storage section in a local big box store, where you can find modular cabinets.  These will include the "box" with predrilled sides to fit shelving and drawer slides.  You can then fit it out with a variety of shelves, drawers or baskets.  However, the standard hardware is not going to be up to the same quality level as Peteski's full extension slides.

I have some paint in one of those roll around plastic cabinets, but I think it is a temporary solution because the paint is too heavy for the drawer and I'm worried that the whole drawer will fall out. So, once I get the 127 house projects cleared away, I will take a shot at Peteski's solution.

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.

Thanks guys!
I didn't  mean to hi-jack the original thread.

I only used really basic woodworking methods. No dovetail joints or anything fancy. All the parts are butt-joined using carpenter's glue and finish nails and painted with several coats of acrylic-latex gloss white.  Yes, the paints are heavy (that is why I used extra divider in the middle of each drawer to keep the plywood bottom from bowing down).  I have a similar chest of drawers (on casters) under my desk for tool storage.

I should also mention that for wood I used those wide pine boards sold at the home improvement stores. They are made up from several lengths of butt-joined boards.  I had to pick through a lot of them to find ones which were straight and flat.  Also the ones I used were bought years ago and they were slightly thinner than the ones currently available.  The ones available now will make the cabinet more bulky.
