I have no experience with this unit but I have couple of generic questions which might help in troubleshooting.

Is this DC or DCC?
Did the reverser come woth the turntable (part of its circuitry) or a separate unit?
What specifically is the problem?

Thanks Peteski for responding.
The turntable is the 9152 with the 6910 controller. It did not come with an auto reverser.
The problem is twofold. The instructions were misplaced and second the instructions said if connecting to DCC to used different coloured wires to connect to their throttle. I guess the Fleischmann throttle is quite unique.

Fleischmann do not publish their instructions on line so if anyone has a set they can scan and sent it would be appreciated.

Here you go, link to PDF of the instructions.
http://www.gaugemaster.com/instructions/Fm%20N%20Turntable.pdf

If using on DCC use an auto reverser Digitrax AR1 or similar.
The 2 yellow track feed wires go to the AR1 and the AR1 input from the DCC system.
Ensure the turntable is completely isolated from the rest of the layout. Put insulated joiners on the approach track.
Only the tracks lined up with the deck will receive power.
Ignore the reference to lilac and lilac/white wires, they are when using a Fleischmann digital system.

Thanks Railcat.
The manual source was great.
There was another solution shown when I Googled the turntable. It showed using two power supplies. Then only problem is that when the turntable is moving there is no power to the turntable track. If you have sound, the loco shuts down which is not very realistic.
