What I would really want to see is a 1940-1953 semi truck, especially a 1940 Ford COE

All very useful info here - and a lot of helpful input.

Yep, this survey will help us decide which direction to go first  - so most eras will eventually be realized as we work to bring a new set of vehicles to the hobby.  40's might be about as far back as we go and this brings on another subject we are considering as well - military vehicles in 'real' N Scale.  I worked for many years with CinC designing micro-armor in 1/285 scale and this continues to be a big interest.

I hope you'll be patient with us - My workbench seems to get more crowded every day...

A mid to late 2000's Freightliner Century (built from '96 to 2010) would be nice. They were and still are all over the place.

Are tractors  trucks? I'm sure they call them that somewhere.  I'll buy 30-40 John Deer 4020s (that would be 60's era).

Yeah, I could use some of those 4020's myself.

Actually have a 1967 3020 sitting out front of the shop now so, you never know....   ;)

Started driving it when I was 11.
