Built a lima P70 truck and was able to assemble without incident.  there is a little trick as I described to getting the electrical picku in there without damaging anything.. i'll take some pice.

I am glad you like them.  If you want, you could snip out the center frm brake arm to brake arm.  that could work too.

I figured that they were a prototype feature. Snipping out the center is what I wound up doing. The corners are still there, giving the impression that the bars are still there.
