Well actually not. These are double truss cast side frame trucks and AAR alternate standard "Y" which has a dropped side frame. They appear to be closest to the PRR class 2D-F8 except the car is rated for 95-tons and it looks like Rob's web site doesn't have that diagram. The closest truck for N scale would be to Bowser one that came with their early runs of PRR GLa hoppers

But they're close, right? I'm modeling this flat car and need a solid performer. Bowser trucks are kind of a pain. They must be ordered direct and have absurd flat rate shipping.

Like daniel_leavitt2000, I would call that a "Bettendorf" truck, at least for modeling purposes. 

On the other hand, "Bettendorf" was originally, and may still be, a truck manufacturer, so there are a lot of "Bettendorf" trucks that don't look like that, and a lot of so-called "Bettendorf" trucks that have nothing to do with them.  It gets very confusing if one tries to be accurate.  I'll settle for close enough most of the time.

I want to reinforce what nkalanaga posted.

microtrains sells a truck they call bettendorf.
when I was living near a set of busy railroad tracks
... ga.. 30 years ago... I spent a lot of time
trying to spot the prototype truck.

there are a LOT of trucks that are close
I mean real close.
and yet none were 'it' as far as I could tell.
all that is to state that If you can't see any details
that make the difference, then there are none.

I came to the conclusion that the trucks were all made to meet the same design specifications
and dimensions, that there are only a few good ways to do that
so they all tend to look similar.

I'd use the MT bettendorf trucks.

  not sure of the PRR Class since they are 90 ton trucks.
  they are NOT Bettendorf trucks.
  they are NOT Double Truss trucks,but are "U" Section.
  they are an Improved version of the ARA TYPE "Y" trucks of the mid 20s.
  they are based on the PRR V-9307 design.
  the Bowser 2D-F8 truck is closest to this modified design.
  they are Integral Journal Box design,based on the Bettendorf Patent,turned over to the ARA/AAR.
  late PRR 2D-F8/12 trucks had either "Snub Up" Stabilizer Wedges,or Barber S-2 Stabilizer Wegdes,
  not seen on these trucks.
  cant recall these trucks in HO,S,or O scales in Plastic or Cast metal.
   Edit -- they do appear to be Kadee HO PRR 2D-F8 50 Ton trucks, if this actually an HO model ?
   Edit 2 - was fooled by the picture,it looks like a just shopped photo,or old style Builders picture,
              that it did take awhile to realize it was actually an HO model.

For the "Next Challenge", sure, bettendorf type, but which?  They are clearly friction bearing and would seem to be a 70-ton  version. 

I'll go with the double-truss ARA/AAR-style truck (based on a Symington prototype).  BLI makes them.  Check them out about half way down on at Mark's http://www.spookshow.net/trucks/bettendorf.html

And, if those are 90 ton trucks, would they have 33 or 36 inch wheels?  I know 70 ton usually have 33, and 100 ton 36.
