Rapido FL9 deadline

The Official Final Final - we mean it this time - Order Deadline for the HO FL9 is March 9. The added two weeks are to allow the next issue of RMC to arrive as it features a back-cover ad for the loco. After that - no more chances! The factory will start ordering materials and running production as soon as we give them a final count which will happen as soon as we enter all of the orders.

Remember, Rapido will only run enough models to cover orders that we have received (plus a few extra in case of damage). That's it. If you want one from the first run you need to get your reservations in now.

Hi Doug: We're leaving the N scale reservations open until we have a final decorated unit to show; probably a couple of months yet. To date we're still working on revisions so it's kinda not fair to close off reservations.

On another forum it was announced that the FL9 program has been sold out.  Congratulations to Rapido!  I placed my order several months ago and cannot wait to receive them.

The HO FL9 orders are closed and we are in the midst of production. I am still awaiting a final N scale FL9 sample with all the final changes incorporated, and decorated before we sign off and close reservations and go to production..... with all the crazy shipments we've had over the past three months and one more to go; I guess I should be thankful the sample's been delayed; I'm not sure I'd have had time to give it the correct amount of attention before..... :o But now... "bring it on"! :D

You always can send the N scale samples to me for review, if you're feeling a little swamped.  :P

NO!   It will be quicker to send them down under where I can check them out and exclusively test their capabilities on my layout.
