that matches the one in this photo:

Since @Bendtracker1 was kind enough to help me finish fixing the railings on mine (which is factory painted from Atlas) I need to proceed to detailing and weathering. All the pics I can find online are 1) in my chosen era (how rare) and 2) have that logo on them.  Its not on any o fthe commercially produced KCS n scale decal sets, but I am wondering if it shows up elsewhere.

Thanks!

Philip,

No magazine ads, or nothing on the organization's website that can be turned into a decal?  Nothing from KCS, which is still around, either directly through PR or on their website?

It'll need a little trimming though, and a bit of photoshopping to bring the crossing bucks down a tad (edit:  actually, looks like they just brought the "LOOK" part up a bit on the locomotive version in order to enclose the bucks with the red space, which is a super easy edit to make).  Funny enough the real one looks a little asymmetrical itself, with a bit more white space on the right just like this one does to make room for org name

EDIT Again:  Found one that's formatted correctly, but not very good resolution:

I will take a look at it tomorrow as well, change it over to vector format.

@Philip H — See if this works.  Jpeg is for reference, PDF is for output.  You will have to resize output to actual N size, or you can brief me on the dimensions and I can create a new PDF.

So, playing with the actual PDF it looks like printing it at somewhere between 10 and 20% actual size gets me in the ball park.  I ahve a bunch of tests I'm going to check out against my loco tonight to see what actually works.  Then I'll have to see if I have any laser decal paper left . . . .
