For all you asshats in the Baltimore and DC are and anyone else close to the CSX Philadelphia Div, there is a military train headed to Savannah with all empty flats. Phil, this should interest you, currently their is 3 KCS Southern Belle units on the head end with a TFM as a fourth unit. Will have to add a cab control unit somewhere for it to run down the old RF&P.
