I was surprised that DKS shut down his personal website (not just NZT).  He had lots of excellent info there which will be greatly missed.

I don't know any of the plans but knowing what fantastic plans DKS came up with, I'm sure a lot of them might be interesting.

Can you squeeze in a 27" x 46" layout? Sounds like DKS' Z-scale "Southern New Jersey" would fit the bill perfectly. I PM'd you with my contact info.
