It would, if they will fit. The car would still be too low, but it would look better. The Four Ways West book has a picture of GN X5202 which, while not a USRA car, is very similar, and it has the Youngstown doors, so the GN did have such things. By the late 60s most, if not all, of them would have been in MOW service due to age.
For the MT model, definitely Youngstown, not Superior, as that's what the prototype had.
