It appears to me that the trucks on the H30 sample are the same as FVM have used in the past.
There is a pic of them on Spookshow's website, listed as 50 ton Bettendorf.

I have some in hand and the sideframes are virtually indistinguishable (?) from the BLMA ASF A3 trucks.
They do have offset bolster holes, but the bolsters are the same height (prototypical) as the BLMA ones, with a raised center sleeve that could easily be filed away to lower the car if desired. The trucks that FVM have used would be PRR class 2E-F22 (ASF ride-control). The restored H30 at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania has these trucks.

The trucks on the H30 that Bryan posted earlier are pretty interesting, with the leaf spring between two coil springs; I believe they are PRR class 2E-F10.

FWIW: as the car is designed for offset bolsters, you could swap in some MTL National trucks for variety!

The trucks are newly tooled. They aren't the same frames as used on past FVM and TWX models, whether the A-3 or otherwise.

Oops! Then I stand corrected. 
The rather dark pics show a similar spring package (spring-plankless) so I made an assumption...

I'd like to know the difference between 'ASF Ride-Control' and 'ASF A3 Ride-Control' as is often stated in various online documents regarding which trucks were used under which cars, as trucks are a thing with me....?
The same goes for Barber-Stabilized and Barber S2a?
It seems the visible springs and the sideframes used, are the defining characteristic.

In N-Scale the differences are often not visible/applicable. I have learnt, for example, that many of the Ride-Control trucks that the PRR used had Ride-Control spring packages , but used the same sideframes with the distinctive 'droop' that the X29 boxcar rode on (2D-F8), but spring-plankless compatibility.
Further study indicates that many different sideframe manufacturers made products that would accomodate these spring packages, but with their own distinctive company look/function.

Strictly from an N scale modeling standpoint ...

ASF Ride Control and A-3 Ride Control are the same design.  The A-3 generally refers to the friction-bearing frame, while the general "Ride Control" name refers to the roller-bearing frame.

The Barber-Stabilized used on the H2a hopper is different from the Barber S-2A used on the PS-1.  The weight limit alone is different, as the S-2A on the PS-1 model is a 50-ton frame while the Barber-Stabilized truck on the H2a model is 70-ton.
