Table design in new space

Looking for ideas

 Room size is  20ft X 12ft, The door into the room is located about 16ft down one of the 20ft sides of the room.
The basis plan is to have a multi deck layout.

I want to max out the space. 1ft wide around the walls with two 3 ft isles and a 4ft wide peninsula.I am looking for basic design ideas,

This forum is incredibly helpful and great at designing layouts bu you have to give us more to work with. Do you have any preferences for railroad/era/location? Doesn't have to be too specific but it has to be more than you've given.

You can use my track plan it is 19.5 x 12. If you have Anyrail i can email u the file and you can change what you want.

Thanks Jeff, That helps. This new layout requires more planning then when I had a 40ft X 30 ft open space that I could just go in any unplanned direction
