I have the artwork done now, so I'll check out the prospect of a custom printer.  I use Inkscape for vector graphics, an open source system that is much leaner and stable than CorelDraw and Illustrator, and free as well.  You can check it out and download from http://inkscape.org/


I know about inkscape but I've been using Corel Draw for about 20 years so I'm sort of used to how it works. :)  I use version 10 and 12 and they are overall pretty stable. 

Another thing I thought of is that these decals will be applied to corrugated surface. It might make sense to distort (stretch) the larger logo graphics so that it'll appear correctly proportioned after it is applied over corrugations. Of course if the corrugations are shallow enough, this is not needed.

Also, check your PM.
