Another city that has no clue what they are doing...

I think that CMRR should provide details as to where to send complaints to their local municipality.

Clearly the city has no regards for historical significance let alone the generation of tourist revenue.

CMRR should also come up with a non-monetary support option since not everyone has money to send in.
