Unfortunately, Railwire does not support file hosting, so you'd have to post the file on another server and link to it here.  Services like Google Drive, among others, provide free hosting for documents like this.  We provide the audience.

ok Gary, got it. I hope the above is ok. I have a big problem with Google. I use their search all the time, but to open any kind of account with them requires that you list your mobile phone. I don't have a mobile phone and I DON'T WANT ONE. I called them about this discrimanatory policy and they said they could give me an account without a mobile phone for $150.00 to cover the cost of providing the security a mobile phone provides. No cell phone stops me from using picassa, photobucket, imageshack and others. Imgur is working for me.

No go. Requires forum membership.

Links to files hosted on other forums are usually blocked, as was that one. Hosting costs bandwidth, and most forum operators aren't going to give that away for "free", so to speak.

You'll have to find an "open" repository as Gary suggested.

Note: Images linked in my postings are on an HTTP server, not HTTPS. Enable "mixed content" in your browser to view.

There are over 1000 images on this server. Not changing anytime soon.

You won't be asked for one (yet), but try opening a NEW account with google, yahoo, or any of the photo hosting sites mentioned above, without a cell phone, and you will run into a brick wall.

Its used to notify you of unauthorized account access; that is all. If Google or anyone else for that matter really wanted your info, a simple subscription to Accurint would provide anything they want on you.

But if you are afraid of black unmarked helicopters, there is Dropbox.
