I've posted a video on how I make my own MU hoses. The parts are small so a little hard to see them in the video, but I believe after watching it the process is very well explained an dunderstandable.

I get my drill bits from Small Parts Inc. It is now an Amazon market place store.

You can also get them online from Drill Bit City.
