formula for MRL blue?

Hey guys, before I try reinventing the wheel, has anyone here mixed blue paint for the Montana Rail Link before, and if so, could you possibly share your formula here?

I've used Polly Scale BAR Blue, Model Flex MP Blue, Tamiya Royal Blue X-3 & Blue X-4 In the past. It's all preference and age per model.

You could just go with Tru-Color paints TCP-98 Montana Rail Link Blue.  ;)
