Modern 1/29th scale layout

Recently there was a post showing a photo of a modern LGB type layout. I forget where that post is, but I asked something like "with the whole internet there is only one photo of this layout?"

It looks like his "Miami" layout at the beginning of the thread is no more. New layout is set in the winter. One of his pics:

Man, that is mind blowingly awesome considering the size of the trains and scenery elements.  I'd love to witness that in person.

I knew this looked familiar, then I saw the photos of the layout running outside.  I think this layout was in one of the Model Railroading Layout Planning issues or Great Model Railroads this past year or so.
