Looks great!  Too bad they don't offer it in N scale.  :(

Modeling the L&N, well at least a few times a year.

Yes, looks good, but not cheap - $12 for a three-foot "bendable straight". That's double what you might spend on cork + flex + ballast (in HO). Makes a certain amount of sense, however, for smaller layouts where you might want to short-circuit the track-laying process and avoid the seemingly-universal onerous task of ballasting.

The product has a made-to-order air about it, but with that comes an unusual accommodation of three different ballast colors. Hmmm. :thoughtfulchinscratching:

Not too new either. I remember seeing their ads in MR in the early 2000's.
I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

Yes... I'm in N... Also HO and 1:1

It's pre-ballasted?   How do you flex it without the ballast coming off?

Edit: Oh, it looks like WS ballast.   I guess you just add more over whatever falls off.

I'm not too sure about this stuff. In this one image http://custmtrax.com/images/products/pics/DSCN0127.jpg the rails look off-center and seem to vary in gauge.  The spikes look pretty over-sized for HO, and are missing at irregular intervals.

It might work pretty well for On30:  the spikes would be closer to scale and the sloppiness would be forgiven. :tommann:
