Absolutely not cheap, but awesome as usual!
A new "limited run" kit from Art (Bar Mills):
Anytime a new n-scale kit is released it can be "big news" for the n-community.... this time it's a limited-run kit at a better-than-reasonable price.

Georgeous building, just no where to use it. Almost makes you want to create a spot for it.
