Got the last two volumes of N Scale then uploaded all four to my iPad. Now it's there when I need it a back issue for reference at my fingertips! Now I just need MRH to fix up their iTunes Newstand subscription...

I live in a hobby shop-deprived area, and I've never seen NSM in the bookshops around here. In fact, I've never seen the magazine. But I followed your lead and checked 'em out online, and you certainly can't argue with the price for a CD volume.

There goes some more money ...

Cool!!  How do I go about doing that exactly.  I have both volumes and it would be a great way to store them on the iPad.  They are on the Mac already, just need to figure out how to transfer.  I'm assuming it's done through iTunes??

I copy PDF folder contents on the CD's to a local directory on my PC. Then is the "Add File" options under iTunes, which is smart enough to figure out the rest. Then you just setup your sync options for Books.
