I got 2 sets of custom C&O decals made up for my hopper fleet by Dan at Dan's Resin Casting, and wanted to let everyone know how it went.
Excellent.
He was quick, courteous, made me two sets of decals for the early scheme (no donuts) hoppers in two road number blocks, and made them with the AAR herald/stripes/number as one decal; I applied some for the first time today, and they are nice and thin, transparent, and snuggled right down over the details after only one application of Micro Set, but tough enough that I can move em around a bit and not damage them. Thanks again, I dont know if he ever reads this forum, but I will definately use his service any time I need custom decals. The price was great, too! Dan, if you read this, I will need some more soon for C&O 40' highside gons!
