That looks like HO scale track...
Unfortunately, N-scale stuff is pretty plentiful for German, Swiss Dutch, and Austrian railroads, but it falls off to nearly nothing when you get beyond those borders.
I've never seen this in N, which means nothing, but I have seen an awful lot of Euro models...
The relatively new company LS Models is doing tons of new French models - it make make sense to see if they've done it in HO, because they are starting to do many of their HO projects in N now.
You could also ask on Euro-N yahoo list - or try 1-160zu.net - which is a German language forum, but I can assure you they are very friendly to Americans with little or no German skills like me (not to say you're not fluent!!!)
