Why were the photos removed from the Columbus Ohio thread?  Are photos not permitted here or did the poster remove them himself?  Thanks.

That "replacement image" is coming right from Photobucket...

Either the images were moved or deleted - or photobucket doesn't want direct links or it was not the currect direct link.

Photobucket always has allowed direct links. ljudice is correct in that they may have been removed by the user. Did you read the reply following the pictures?

Maybe the user was offended by the NQuack comment?

No I wasn't offended by the "quack" comment. I have no idea how the pics got removed. They previewed ok and they were on the thread an hour or so after I posted.

I posted most of the same pics on the Atlas N forum under Sunday Night Photo Fun, page 2.

It looks like the images were formatted incorrectly, like they're missing a "[" in the "/img" tag.

As a former N Quack (traker) till early 1990's I was sorry to see those photos go by by as I was just going to view them again to see nice details I missed on some modules like the city scenes. Hope they can be restored. Nate Goodman (Nato). Salt Lake,Utah. "Who has four retired N Trak (Quack) modules incorporated into his home layout."

Take another look at the Columbus thread. I reposted the photos. Perhaps the computer gods will not delete them again.

Charlie,

Thank you for taking the time to post, and then repost the pictures.
