Claus announced this on the N Scale Varnish list! Website should be up in Spring.
After a three-year hiatus, Hell Gate Models is pleased to announce we now have
ALL items back in stock once more.

For those of you not familiar with our company, we manufacture cast resin N
scale kits for PRR headend passenger cars. A summary of
our product line includes:

PRR class B60b baggage car (standard version)

We will be bringing a batch of kits for direct sale to the upcoming PRRT&HS
Convention ( April 29 - May 2, 2010, Radisson
Penn-Harris Hotel, Camp Hill, PA. Need more information? See
http://www.prrths.com/conventions/PRR_Annual.html ). We won't have a
table there, but we (Doug Nelson and myself) should not be hard to find!

Immediately after the convention, we will be re-instating our web site, at which
point we will be able to accept postal and internet
orders once more.

Notice how 28197 got around there, AND got a new roof.

Hmm....

This is indeed good news, however, a new offering such as an R50b would have been great news.
Thanks

I was gonna mention this when their new website is back up and running.  I still have a couple B60 kits that I haven't started yet.  I'll probably talk to Claus in May during the PRRT&HS convention.  I'm hoping they do some other head end equipment in due time and yet the R50 would be great.

To get back to the R50b, I followed an ebay auction for an NJ International version that went for $237.50. The good thing was the shipping was only six bucks. Seems like there maybe a market for this type of car. Thanks

Got one of the NJ International cars at the N scale convention held years back in Virginia.  Only cost me $50.00.  The trucks on those suck and take a lot of work to get running properly.
