From Tamiya , looks like it's an August announcement / coming soon deal.
Looks like it might be quite useful on the layout for adding more realism to soil and sandy scenes along river beds etc.

Perfect!

I've started avoiding using real "dirt" in N because the grains are all too large, this might be the perfect thing!

Yeah, worth checking out. I don't have a good hobby shop anywhere near me.. but there is a good wargame shop right downtown where I work... maybe they will have this..

I do wonder if the texture will be too thick for N since these models are quite a lot bigger scale..

Yeah, that could be a problem, their models are like the size of the 1:24th scale die cast cars.
