I've seen pictures of this before... I can't remember where it is, but it's tied to a grain elevator or something, used as a storage shed, or a grain bin or something.

We'll have to get the WMRHS on it, and at least get out there and freshen up the paint!

I love finds such as these.  For example, I found an ACL boxcar in Baltimore a few years ago.  Wish I had a camera with me at the time.  Here's a WM covered hopper I caught on the Philly Subdivision earlier this year when I did have a camera:
