I had been told by someone who usually knows, it was a "done deal" that Kato would do one (GEVO or SD70Ace) and Atlas would do the other, the "don't step on the other guy's toes" rule. And I thought MTH had thrashed-out the "licensing" deal so everybody could live with it. Wadda I know?
