Severstal at the former Bethlehem Steel Plant in Baltimore is cranking out product. Here is one of PBR's switchers repainted in the new scheme (much better then the old drab black and yellow).

I'll miss the old P&BR (PBR??) scheme, but time does march on, and that is pretty sharp looking.

Severstal just bought WCI down the road from me. I wonder if they will get new locomotives or paint jobs.
