Why can't we have a rotary dumper in N scale?

So Walthers has had their HO version for some time. Do they not think we'd buy one in N scale? I've seen a couple of guys make their own, but that's pretty much WAY past my ability. C'mon, somebody please make a kit for one of these so I can add a cool feature to my papermill--and I know I'm not the only one with a papermill on their layout, am I?

I have a paper mill, but my unloading area is good old hoppers and conveyor belts.  A good rotary dumper would only cause me to throw my daughters out of the adjacent bedroom so I can extend the main line to Port Covington!

Walthers has produced several things for the HO market that were not repeated in N gauge.  We got the steel mill but no slag cars or torpedo cars like Ho did.  The rotary dumper is another and also the car dealership with the truck transporter.  I'm hoping that with their purchase of Lifelike they will address these concerns in N gauge and it does seem that they are making an effort in that direction with the announced 0-8-0 and improvements to the 2-8-8-2 and GP 18.
